High Park Residences spans a very large site, as it is actually a combination of 2 land sales, both won by the same developer CEL Development. This allows them to create an exciting project, with a wide range of facilities that caters to almost every interest, including some unusual ones. Note Thanggam LRT station just beside the site.

Below are more photos of what the site itself looks like, and the really nice views some of the units will have.

The High Park showflat is 2 storeys, with enough space to showcase a few unit types. As the above photo shows, the left side of the site is bounded by low-rise landed houses, so there will be plenty of light and wind and unblocked views from that side.

Above shows the kind of views you can get from high floor units facing north / north-west. Foreground are the landed houses of Lorong Tanggam & Jalan Kayu. Beyond that is the Seletar Aerospace Park. Further beyond that, is the Seletar Country Club Golf Course and Lower Seletar Reservoir.

THE TERRA HILL CONDO LAUNCH @ KENT RIDGE

Around mid 2022, Hoi Hup Realty + Sunway Developments launched a new condominium on the site of the former Flynn Park, at Yew Siang Road, off Pasir Panjang Road. This project is called Terra Hill condo, and it is on freehold land.

The location is considered quite a prime one, as it is just on the skirts of Kent Ridge Hill, and part of the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront development plans. Furthermore, the Terra Hill condo location is within 5 minutes walk from Pasir Pangang MRT station. It is around 15 minutes drive from the Marina Bay / Raffles Place Central Financial and Business Districts.

Terra Hill is definitely a very different product from High Park Residences, both in terms of tenure as well as location, not to mention in terms of price. The Terra Hill showflat opened for VIP Preview to quite a good reception, and interestingly, the larger units proved very popular. The Terra Hill site is also just beside Mapletree City, and backed by Kent Ridge Hill and Park.
